We're one of the fastest-growing companies in unattended retail tech - 800+ customers, 150+ people, and a product that's redefining how the world shops.

As we continue to scale across Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and beyond, we're looking for a Group FP&A Analyst to sit at the centre of group finance. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll own the numbers across our international entities and serve as a vital Finance Business Partner to senior leadership.

This is not a traditional back-office finance role. You won’t be hiding inside a massive ERP system or waiting for a process manual. It’s a hands-on, high-impact seat for someone fast, curious, and comfortable navigating the dynamic environment of a scaling tech startup.

You'll be responsible for monthly controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering the crucial analytical insights that drive board-level decision-making. You'll work closely with leadership and business units across countries, bringing structure to unstructured data and building the financial processes that will power our next stage of growth.

We're looking for someone who loves working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to embrace a little chaos to build something exceptional.

What You'll Do

  • Own monthly closing & controlling: run the monthly closing process and take ownership of revenue, cost, and FTE controlling across entities, including clear variance analysis vs. budget and forecast.
  • Drive budgeting & forecasting: support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in close partnership with business units and group functions.
  • Turn data into business insights: deliver high-impact ad-hoc analyses and business cases that give senior leadership a crystal-clear view of performance, risks, and strategic options.
  • Deliver executive reporting: prepare internal management reporting for leadership and the board, while supporting external reporting for investors, lenders, and auditors.
  • Build scalable processes: set up and continuously improve controlling tools and frameworks, bringing structure to complex, unstructured data.
  • Partner across teams: act as a Finance Business Partner to leadership and key stakeholders across Switzerland, Germany, and the UK.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, controlling, FP&A, audit, transaction services, or management consulting).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with a proven ability to handle, structure, and model large and complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process building.
  • High agility, speed, and comfort working in a scaling environment where not every process is fully defined.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • What we are NOT looking for: a traditional controller who relies on an ERP system and waits for instructions - this is real, hands-on operational finance.

Why Join Us

  • A role with real impact: report directly to the CFO and sit at the heart of group finance, directly influencing strategic decisions across multiple business units.
  • Accelerated learning: gain deep, end-to-end exposure to international group controlling, board reporting, strategic forecasting, and startup operations.
  • International environment: collaborate daily with colleagues and leadership across Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and Europe in a genuinely global organization.
  • Ownership from day one: you'll be trusted to take responsibility, build tools from scratch, and make things happen.
  • An ambitious team that moves fast: collaborative, supportive, and focused on building something exceptional.
  • The usual perks: personal development budget, well-being benefits, great colleagues, and some decent swag.
