Job Description

We're looking for a Client Partner who will be the senior client lead and relationship owner across Samsung’s expansive portfolio that includes Mobile/Galaxy, TV & AV, Digital Appliances, and emerging innovations that shape how Australians live, work and connect.

 

You will be responsible for briefs, approvals, partnership health and business alignment. Operating within our bespoke Samsung operating model, you connect global strategy to Australian influence, championing the connected performance system and its four pillars: Connected Audiences, Seamless Transactions, Creative Excellence and Rigorous Optimisation.

 

You ensure the team delivers seamless, integrated service under the Power of One, holding the team to rigorous governance and measurement aligned to real sales outcomes.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Act as senior client lead for Samsung AU briefs, approvals, escalations and partnership health. 

• Champion the connected performance system and its four pillars across the account. 

• Own stakeholder alignment and governance

• Ensure delivery oversight across always-on activity, launches including Galaxy Unpacked, and seasonal peaks. 

• Anchor conversations in measurement that goes beyond last-click, including incrementality and real sales. 

• Advocate for the Australian market while translating and applying global guidance. 

• Lead integrated, single-team collaboration with Groupe and non-Groupe partners. 

 

 

EXPERIENCE

• Significant client leadership experience in a media or integrated agency. 

• Track record managing large, complex, multi-category client relationships. 

• Understanding of connected performance, retail media and measurement. 

• Strong governance, briefing and stakeholder-management experience. 

• Familiarity with procurement and finance compliance, including BQMS-style requirements. 

• Knowledge of the Australian market and media ecosystem.
