Your mission

As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will take ownership of recruiting some of the most specialised profiles at Kreios Space - from niche engineering talent to senior technical hires that are critical to our growth.

This is a hands-on recruiting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the search: understanding complex technical profiles, mapping talent markets, approaching passive candidates and building strong pipelines where great candidates are hard to find.

You will work closely with our technical leads and management team to turn hiring needs into focused search strategies and help us attract exceptional people across Space, aerospace and deeptech.

Own technical recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialised technical and selected business roles, from intake to offer and closing.
Find the people who are not applying
Build proactive sourcing strategies, identify passive candidates and use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals and relevant technical communities.
Recruit across complex engineering domains
Work on searches across areas such as RF, power electronics, electronics, embedded software, mechanical engineering, FEM/CFD, systems engineering, AIT/AIV, propulsion and satellite systems.
Partner closely with hiring managers
Understand the technical need, challenge requirements when needed and advise on candidate availability, market conditions, compensation and search strategy.
Build long-term talent pipelines
Develop relationships with strong candidates before positions become urgent and maintain visibility over relevant companies, geographies and talent pools.
Use data to improve hiring
Track pipeline health, source effectiveness, time-to-fill and conversion, and continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Your profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, technical recruitment or headhunting.
• Strong track record recruiting complex, hard-to-fill technical profiles.
• Excellent proactive sourcing and headhunting skills, with real experience engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to quickly understand technical roles and translate complex requirements into effective search strategies.
• Experience managing several recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence working directly with technical leads and senior managers.
• Good interviewing, candidate management and closing skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• High level of ownership, curiosity, persistence and autonomy.

Nice to have

• Previous recruitment experience in Space, NewSpace or aerospace.
• Experience in deeptech sectors such as defense, robotics, electronics, telecommunications or advanced engineering.
• Experience recruiting internationally across Europe.
• Previous experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Existing network within aerospace, engineering or deeptech communities.
• Experience building talent maps and pipelines for extremely niche roles.
