Overview
The Manager, Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) Program Steward Lead, is the accountable data governance leader for the program, ensuring trusted, high-quality, and well-governed data for critical R2P initiatives. The role drives governance deliverables including data assessments, metadata management, data quality standards, and remediation while partnering with business, Digital, and technical teams to enable scalable analytics and AI outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead metadata management to improve data understanding, increase EDF data reusability, and enable AI solutions.
- Own data quality management, including standards, monitoring, and remediation.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, retention, and access-control requirements.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to embed stewardship and governance practices into the program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 11+ years of Data Governance, Data Management, or Master Data Management experience in a global CPG environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Material Master and Supplier Master domains
- Deep expertise in data ingestion, integration, governance, stewardship operating models, lifecycle management, and data quality.
- Experience with procure-to-pay data/processes (PR, PO, GR, Invoice, Invoice Exceptions, SLAs).
- Experience enabling or supporting AI capabilities across analytics, planning, or operations use cases
