GENERAL FUNCTION: The EWS Senior Project Leader is responsible for oversight and delivery of the project plan for a complex line of business portfolio. This strategic position regularly interacts with senior leaders to provide counsel, feedback, and expertise to effectively lead and execute the Line of Business EWS project strategy. This position is responsible for driving procurement, financial and budgetary activities over the course of complex, multi-year programs. While maintaining strategic alignment with line of business executives, this professional will coordinate seasoned experts in their division to ensure key performance indicators are developed, implemented, and revised as necessary to drive employee behaviors that significantly exceed expectations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for analyzing mass data to make strategic organizational decisions to develop business level strategies to be ultimately presented at a senior level.

Ensures outside partners comply with Bank regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction at all levels of the organization
Lead industry strategies to continuously invent new ways to deliver a quality customer experience
Establish clear and concise goals to significantly exceed all Consumer real estate expectations
Understand the importance of and implement supplier engagement goals to build a renewed mindset of various suppliers
Work closely with the Design team and architectural partners to implement innovative programs
Provides real time feedback to critical internal and external partners to effectively and efficiently implement line of business program and strategy
A key leader on the EWS team that plays significant part to execute the EWS strategic plan
Validate cost, procurement, and implementation strategies quarterly to ensure customer alignment
Regular communication at an executive level to present and convey overall status of the program, to include strategic recommendations
Assess mass data to extract clear opportunities to establish root causes and corrective actions through a collaborative approach with team members
Establishes proactive expectations early and often at an executive level and with the team
Assess the performance level of key suppliers to proactively share vision and feedback on long term requirements and hold them accountable
Assess technologies and resources, and collaborating with senior leaders to innovate and implement improvements annually
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading a team to deliver goals by providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure bench strength and succession planning; recognizing/rewarding employees for accomplishments. Develop a highly motivated staff of experts that lives the corporate vision and delivers on annual corporate level strategic goals
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
BA/BS degree in related field or higher is required
Minimum 10 to 15 years of strategic leadership in complex adaptive systems under rapid change
Knowledge and/or experience of programmatic development in high volume environments
Exceptional financial, analytical, negotiating, problem solving and influencing skills are essential
National experience on leading broad base of various suppliers
Constant understanding of the external environment to adapt in a transformational manner
Expert ability to maintain alignment with corporate strategy and vision
Strong leadership skills drivers
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead across multiple functions (HR, IT, Finance, partners and external vendors)
Ability to establish strong positive relationships and influence peers across all geographies and functions
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiating, problem solving and influencing skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like
Extended viewing of computer screen
Client facing recurrently
Overnight travel frequently required
