The Manufacturing Quality Supervisor applies knowledge to perform tasks and support the management of processes/projects under some supervision. May influence associates by demonstrating best practices and techniques to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of functional and organizational standards.
Responsible for in-process and final product quality analyses/inspection in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, interpreting and evaluating the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision against established specifications.
Responsibilities
- This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the Onsite Food Safety and Quality Operations area, applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise.
- Guarantees adherence to food safety and quality standards across operations.
- Conducts comprehensive inspections of in-process and final products using measurement tools and testing equipment.
- Identifies and addresses recurring quality issues to improve product safety and freshness.
- Monitors production processes for compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Identifies quality improvement in areas of responsibility.
- Identifies and implements process enhancements to minimize costs and defects.
- Tracks food quality project accomplishments by comparing outcomes to plans, summarizing results, and keeping management informed.
- Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years leadership experience required.
- 3-5 years manufacturing environment experience required.
- High school diploma required
- 3-5 years quality experience desired.
- Lean Six Sigma certification desired.
- Union environment experience desired.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent desired.
