Description
Drive Revenue & Hit the Plan Own and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), tracking KPIs and adjusting tactics to stay on target. Identify and close incremental distribution, merchandising, and promotional opportunities with Dollar General. Negotiate when necessary. Build Strategic Relationships Serve as the primary liaison to Dollar General, cultivating relationships across buyer, category, and leadership levels. Develop and present clear, compelling, data-backed business plans that align with consumer and shopper insights. Act as an internal champion for the Dollar General business, translating customer priorities into coordinated, cross-functional action. Dollar General experience is a strong plus—you know the retailer's culture, priorities, and pace. Proven track record of building strategic account plans and delivering measurable revenue and profit growth. Strong financial acumen: you're comfortable owning a P&L and making data-driven decisions. Exceptional communicator and presenter—you can inspire a room of executives as easily as you can align a cross-functional working team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis, storytelling, and planning.
