Digital Marketing Specialist

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google). Update ad creatives and provide strategy recommendations based on results.

• Email & CRM Marketing: Build, upload, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. Convert approved Figma designs into Klaviyo campaigns and maintain CRM workflows.

• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple brands. Create social media assets in Figma using the client's provided copy and brand guidelines.

• Analytics & Reporting: Pull and organize performance reports across paid ads, social, email, and SMS. Track metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Marketing Operations: Help establish repeatable marketing processes and workflows that currently lack. Organize campaign assets in Google Workspace and proactively recommend new approaches.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience. Must be highly autonomous and capable of building systems and workflows from scratch.

• Strong in performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) and email/CRM marketing.

• High across the board—reading/comprehension, written, and spoken. 

• Must have working/proficient experience in Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and paid advertising platforms.

• The client wants someone who can proactively recommend campaign improvements and work across up to seven different brands without step-by-step direction.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AUS Time (20 hours per week, Part-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱50K/month
