What You Will Do:

• Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the Managed Services.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of work.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize assignments, and help resolve issues or escalations as they arise.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support service delivery, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure team objectives, quality standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members as needed.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

What You Will Need:

• Proven experience within the Klarna project.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational or managed services environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and support multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Ability to work full time and support the needs of the team.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Professional certificate (ACAMs, ICA).
• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and performance reporting.
• Experience mentoring or developing team members in a shared services environment.

The annual salary range for this position is €32,000.00-€53,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
