Senior Client Partner

🇩🇪 **Important:** We are an English-first company, but **native-level German is mandatory** for this position, as you will communicate directly with German-speaking advertisers and agency partners.

Our biggest customers don't buy creator marketing like startups do. They plan budgets by quarter, ask for pitches and tailored concepts, and expect a partner who speaks their language. That's where our largest budgets come from, and we need someone who can turn a handful of strong relationships into much bigger ones.

WePush is Europe's fastest-growing creator marketing platform. Brands and agencies brief once, activate hundreds of creators and see content live within 24 hours. More than 150,000 creators and 500,000+ collaborations power campaigns for brands like L'Oréal, ABOUT YOU or Sony Music. We're a small, fast-moving team based in Berlin.

## Tasks

We've learned that our biggest growth lever isn't more outreach. It's going deeper with fewer, bigger partners: leading advertisers in retail, beauty and FMCG, and a growing number of media agencies that bring WePush into campaigns for their clients. These relationships already bring in our largest budgets, and they take real work: tailored pitches, careful onboarding and intensive account management.

You'll own that part of our business. Our sales development team sources and qualifies opportunities. You turn them into long-term partnerships and grow them year over year.

**Own relationships with our largest brand and agency customers, from first pitch through onboarding and ongoing account development, both online and in person.**

• Grow our agency partnerships: understand how agencies plan and buy, and make WePush a fixed part of their media plans in Germany and new markets.
• Develop campaign concepts and pitch them proactively to clients and partners instead of waiting for the brief.
• Run demos and negotiations with senior marketing and media decision-makers.
• Support our wider sales process where it matters, and coach one to three junior team members day to day.
• Challenge how we work: bring structure, clarity and professionalism to our sales and account processes, and help build them.

## Requirements

**Required**

• Several years (typically 5+) of experience in media buying, advertising, marketing or account management, on the agency or brand side
• Hands-on experience with corporate and enterprise customers: long sales cycles, procurement, multiple stakeholders
• A solid understanding of how consumer brands and media agencies plan, buy and manage advertising
• The ability to build concepts and communicate them convincingly, in writing and in the room
• Strong operational execution combined with strategic and commercial thinking
• Native-level German and fluent English

**Nice to have**

• Experience in creator/influencer marketing or social media advertising (TikTok, Instagram)
• Experience coaching or leading junior colleagues
• An existing network in media agencies or brand marketing teams
• Experience with modern CRMs like Attio

• You care about processes and growth, you ask "why do we do it this way?", and you're happy to be the person in the room who pushes back.

We're an early-stage company, transforming into a scale-up. Many processes are half-built, and building them is part of the job. The pace is high, and weeks can get long around big pitches. Our team is young: you'll be one of the more experienced people here, and we'll count on you to use that.
