LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUOTING COORDINATOR:
If you’ve worked in roles like counter sales, inside sales, vendor service, showroom support, or project coordination you might be a great fit. This role offers a clear path to grow into project coordination, estimating, or other roles within the glass and construction industry.
- An employee’s hourly pay rate is based on knowledge and experience.
- Hourly Range: $15 - $20per hour.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Quoting & Estimating:
- Prepare accurate quotes for residential and commercial glass products.
- Review architectural drawings, house plans, and job site details to support quoting needs.
- Enter and update customer information, materials, and pricing using our CRM and quoting tools.
- Complete job tickets with all relevant customer information and project details.
- Follow up on open quotes and ongoing sales opportunities.
Scheduling & Workflow Coordination:
- Assist with scheduling measurements and installations based on customer needs, appointment availability, and logistical considerations.
- Organize and manage ticket flow to ensure deadlines are met and no quote is missed.
- Answer phones and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Provide accurate, knowledgeable information to homeowners, builders, and designers.
- Walk clients through our showroom and educate them on products and options.
- Offer additional or complementary products when appropriate.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing consistent, professional service.
- Communicate clearly with coworkers across departments to ensure jobs stay on track.
- Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and accurate when handling numbers, measurements, or scheduling logistics.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting plans, sketches, or job specs (or willing to learn on-the-job).
- A clear communicator in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Organized and proactive when juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Confident using software tools like quoting systems, CRMs, or scheduling platforms.
- Professional and approachable when working with homeowners, contractors, or vendors.
- Physically able to walk the showroom, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 30lbs when needed.
- Committed to protecting confidential customer and company information.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 25 + years of age.
- Team Management Experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial construction, fabrication, or architectural estimating.
- Prior use of quoting or bidding software.
- Project management or estimating experience is a strong plus.
WHAT YOU GET:
