As a CRNA in our team, you'll enjoy a collegial, low-turnover anesthesia team with 4 physicians and 13 CRNAs where you will enjoy a collaborative care environment, autonomy in your practice, and a medically supportive anesthesia team—all while living in a vibrant, affordable community.

About Advocate Aurora Medical Center – Sheboygan County: Opened in 2022, our state-of-the-art facility is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The hospital features advanced medical technologies and a comprehensive range of services, ensuring that our CRNAs have access to the resources they need to provide exceptional care.
Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Work-Life Balance: Call is 0-2/ month, 5-8 weekends per year, & 1 holiday
per year max.
• Team Environment: Operate within a CRNA-led team utilizing a
collaborative care model.
• Clinical Scope: Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both
elective and emergency surgical settings.
• Professional Growth: Opportunities for mentorship and leadership within a
supportive practice.
Competitive Benefits:
•$121/hour - $159 hours
• Sign-On Bonus Eligible up to $100,000

• CME Reimbursement: $2,250 annually + 40 hours of CME PTO
