Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media:
- Create, edit, and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Assist with content planning and campaign execution.
- Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and promotional assets.
Digital Marketing:
- Support email marketing campaigns and audience management.
- Assist with website updates and content management.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Brand & Communications:
- Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant healthcare technology developments.
- Support public relations, partnership announcements, and product launch activities.
Sales & Business Development Support:
- Assist in developing presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials.
- Support event preparation, webinars, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
Marketing Operations:
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
- Organize marketing assets and documentation.
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Interest in healthcare, technology, AI, or startup environments is highly desirable.
