Senior Executive- Ad Ops

Publicis Media – Zenith is looking for a Performance Marketing professional with hands-on expertise in executing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, along with a strong understanding of brand marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and business outcomes for leading brands.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop media strategies aligned with branding and marketing objectives, including awareness, reach, engagement, video views, and traffic.
• Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and ad scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, VTR, Reach, Frequency, and Brand Lift metrics.
• Collaborate with planning, strategy, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure implementation of tracking, conversion measurement, pixels, and UTM tagging where applicable.
• Stay updated with platform features, industry trends, and best practices across Google and Meta ecosystems.
• Maintain campaign documentation, pacing reports, and post-campaign analysis.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding campaigns, digital media planning, and campaign execution.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for branding KPIs.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and campaign tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client accounts.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a media agency or digital advertising agency.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
• Exposure to DV360, Campaign Manager 360, or other ad tech platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience working with large enterprise or FMCG, Auto, Retail, or BFSI brands is desirable.
