Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a key role in servicing and managing personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide general servicing and administrative support for personal lines accounts.
- Manage daily tasks such as chasing down documents, answering phones, and addressing client inquiries.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain and update client records using EPIC software.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a significant plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing personal lines accounts in an agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
