Reporting to the Commercial Manager Revenue, the primary purpose of this role is to create shipping documentation and generate invoices, with a focus on accuracy, clear communication, and compliance.
This is a Newcastle office-based position, working Monday to Friday, where you will develop and maintain key relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Working closely with Logistics, Glencore International offices, Customers and Port and Ships Agents
Prepare and manage export documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs, and other regulatory documents).
Generate and issue commercial invoices in line with contract terms and export compliance requirements.
About you:
Demonstrated experience with commercial terms and basic Trade Finance.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
High level of interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills.
