What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in achieving dealership sales objectives while developing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Drive customer engagement and ensure an exceptional purchase experience
- Manage daily sales activities, performance tracking, and training initiatives
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and sales standards
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
What You'll Bring
- Prior Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving dealership performance
