Worth £2,200 – Free for Eligible Learners
Looking to start a career in hospitality or return to work?
Whether you're interested in working in hotels, restaurants, cafés, events or customer-facing roles, this fully funded programme will give you the qualifications, skills and confidence employers are looking for.
Delivered over 2.5 weeks of live online training, you'll gain two nationally recognised NCFE qualifications, receive personalised career coaching and prepare for hospitality job opportunities.
Qualifications You'll Achieve
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for Hospitality
This qualification is designed specifically for the hospitality industry and will help you:
- Deliver excellent customer service in hospitality settings
- Understand employer expectations and professional workplace behaviours
- Build confidence in communication, teamwork and problem-solving
- Learn essential health, safety and legal responsibilities within hospitality
NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development
You'll also develop the skills employers value in every workplace by learning to:
- Build confidence and recognise your strengths
- Improve communication and teamwork
- Set goals and prepare for employment
- Develop financial awareness and workplace readiness

Course Details
Start Date: Tuesday 4 August 2026
Delivery: Live online via Zoom
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 3:30pm (including breaks)
Duration: 2.5 weeks
Attendance: Full attendance is mandatory.
