Across 2.5 weeks, you will gain two nationally recognised qualifications, personalised career coaching and practical employability tools. Everything is designed to help you approach the job market with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications You Will Achieve

NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development

• Learn to set goals and identify your strengths

• Improve communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Manage personal finances effectively

• Build self-awareness and explore inclusion in the workplace

NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for Hospitality

• Develop strong customer service skills employers value across sectors

• Understand workplace behaviours and employer expectations

• Gain confidence in teamwork, problem-solving and communication

• Learn about essential legal, health and safety requirements
