Parimary Duties and Responsibilities

 

1.     Establish a Healthy pipeline together with agent partner

2.     Drive account plans for target accounts

3.     Identify and develop key opportunities linked to the target accounts

4.     Lead RFQ and QBR sessions

 

Requirements

 

1.     Min 5 years experience in commercial freight forwarding, prefer for those who had experience with similar business mode of Seamaster, for instance, Honor Lane Shipping, Hecny Shipping, Oriental Star, China International Freight…

2.     Great knowledge and insights into customers supply chain

3.     Structure and well organized

4.     Great written and verbal communication skills

5.     Innovative approach toward business development

6.     Open minded and willing to be a part of a dynamic and aggressive commercial team

7.     Great presentation skills

8.     A proven track record with TP trade

9.     Hope a strong network with commercial partners.
