Dental Patient Care Coordinator

This is not your average dental office. We specialize in high-end, comprehensive procedures including veneers, cosmetic full-mouth rehabilitation, holistic dentistry, and All-on-X treatments. Our ideal candidate understands how to connect with patients, present treatment clearly, and guide them through both clinical and financial decisions with confidence and empathy.

What You’ll Do

• Present treatment plans in a clear, compelling, and patient-friendly manner
• Help patients understand the value of recommended care and confidently move forward
• Close cases and support practice production goals
• Discuss and coordinate financial options with patients
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
• Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling, treatment planning, and coordination

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of dental experience (Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator role preferred)
• Strong background in case presentation and closing
• Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
• Confident, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Fluent English required; Spanish highly preferred
• Familiarity with high-value procedures (cosmetic, implants, full-mouth cases)
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus
