As the first team member our patients see, you are an important role in shaping their experience with us. Ideal candidate is outgoing, pays attention to small details, able to multi-task while assisting patients and making sure they contribute to helping the office run smoothly.Responsibilities:Greet and check patients in with a friendly smileAnswer phones, schedule appointmentsVerify insuranceHandle patient concerns with empathy, patience and professionalismSupport team with ensuring smooth patient and schedule flowQualifications:Previous Dental experienceEaglesoft software (a plus)Strong communication skillsPositive, upbeat and team-oriented personalityHighly organized with attention to small detailsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorOur team provides a supportive and fun environment with opportunities for growth. This is a 4 1/2-day work week- no weekends or evenings.
