Georgian Dental Orillia | Orillia, ON | Full-Time
At Georgian Dental Orillia, we believe exceptional patient care begins the moment someone calls or walks through our doors.
We're looking for a compassionate, organized Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
Schedule
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Welcome and support patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily patient flow.
- Explain treatment, insurance, and financial information.
- Verify insurance benefits and process claims.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Work closely with the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is a strong asset).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
