We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer engagements in the automotive electronics sector. In this role, you will drive business development, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative thermal management and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding (EMI shielding) solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute key account strategies to expand market share in the automotive electronics sector.
Identify new business opportunities and drive demand creation.
Act as the main contact for key customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customized solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitors to refine business and marketing strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of sales experience in automotive electronics, electronic components, or a related industry.
Proven track record in key account management, business development, or technical sales.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Familiarity with thermal management, EMI shielding, or hardware solutions is a plus.Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering or technical background in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemistry, or Materials related
10+ years’ Sales or Business development experience in electronics or automotive industry
Thermal and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) shielding or hardware knowledge
