Business Development Manager – CAMHS / ADHD Services

Salary: Circa £50,000 + Commission + Progression

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager / Partnership Manager to join a fast-growing, specialist mental health provider delivering innovative services across CAMHS, ADHD, Autism, and Psychological Wellbeing pathways.
Part of a wider healthcare group with an established presence across healthcare staffing and service delivery, the organisation has recently expanded its clinical services division following successful CQC registration for Treatment, Diagnosis and Intervention (TDDI).
The business is already delivering NHS mental health contracts and has secured access to multiple healthcare frameworks supporting further national growth.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven individual to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with ICBs, local authorities, NHS commissioners, and private sector organisations
- Drive new business opportunities across CAMHS, ADHD, Autism, and psychological wellbeing services
- Generate direct award opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Support implementation and mobilisation of newly won contracts
- Establish communication structures, KPIs, and client engagement processes
- Maintain high-level client relationships post-implementation
- Work closely with operational and clinical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Represent the organisation at meetings, networking events, and sector forums
- Support wider growth strategy across mental health insourcing and neurodevelopmental services
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or partnerships within mental health services
- Strong understanding of CAMHS, ADHD, Autism, or psychological wellbeing pathways
- Experience building relationships with NHS commissioners and healthcare stakeholders
- Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a scaling, growth-focused environment
- Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel across London and surrounding regions as required
