Technicians are expected to operate independently while following company systems and service processes.

- Diagnose plumbing issues and present Good / Better / Best solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service truck
- Follow company SOPs, checklists, and ServiceTitan workflows
- Deliver professional service that earns 5-star reviews
- Build trust with homeowners and close recommended work ethically

Qualifications
- Residential and commercial service plumbing experience
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing systems independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time and maintain organized work processes
- Willingness to follow systems and be accountable for results
- Participation in scheduled on-call rotation
