Industry/ Organization Type: Furniture Manufacturing
Position Title: Site Manager
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 9.00am - 7.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance $300 + AWS
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations for furniture installation and interior fit-out projects
Coordinate with designers, production team, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow and productivity
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation

Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Interior Design, or related field
Experience in site supervision for interior fit-out or furniture-related projects
Good understanding of drawings, materials, and installation processes
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
