Commercial Banking Relationship Management

How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the unique needs and challenges of each business and developing strategies to help them grow. You'll work closely with our product specialists to identify opportunities and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. Building strong relationships and providing exceptional service will be key to your success.

What you do
- Solicit new-to-bank clients to generate business opportunities across lending, treasury, trade finance and cash management products.

- Lead a team of Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and productivity goals.

- Manage team performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

- Conduct regular client reviews to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including risk managers, product specialists to develop tailored solutions for our clients.

- Ensure compliance to the Bank’s policies and guidelines.

Who you are
- A degree holder in a relevant field, such as business or finance

- At least 10 years of working experience in SME/commercial banking and at least of 3 years of leadership experience managing a team

- Excellence leadership and communication skills

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Ability to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions

- Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- AICB Certification is an advantage
