Nealy Pierce has partnered with a growing 200+ bed non-profit community hospital in Eastern North Carolina to recruit an ICU Nurse Manager to join its leadership team. - You’ll lead a 14-bed mixed Med/Surg ICU with a solid nursing team already in place
- Oversee ~28 FTEs with strong support from the Intensivist and Director Critical Care
- Leapfrog A Rated Hospital, Primary Stroke Center designated

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading day-to-day ICU operations
- Driving quality, safety, and staff engagement
- Developing your team and building future leaders
- Partnering with physicians and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license State of North Carolina
- BSN is preferred (or in process)
- At least 3 years Clinical ICU nursing experience
- Minimum one year ICU RN leadership experience (Charge RN, Coordinator, Assistant Nurse Manager, Supervisors are encouraged to apply!)
- Engaged, visible leader focused on ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality
