PART-TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (BATANGAS CITY ON-SITE)
Salary: PHP 8,800

Job Description:
- Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales.
- Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales.
- Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Respond to emails.
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Meet service level agreements set forth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Available at least 4 hours per day for a minimum of 6 months.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Typing Speed of at least 40WPM.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude, with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Strong problem-solving and quick-learning ability.
- No BPO experience required; students, home makers, and part time workers are welcome to apply.
