Airport Ground Staff

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services and providing exceptional assistance to passengers. Your duties will include checking in passengers, handling baggage, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely flight departures and arrivals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting passengers with check-in procedures and providing information about flight schedules.
• Handling and processing passenger baggage, ensuring it is loaded and unloaded safely.
• Coordinating with airline crews and other ground staff to facilitate smooth operations.
• Addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel experience.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations at all times.
• Assisting with boarding and deplaning processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as shifts may include weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
