Airport Ground Staff

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services. Your primary duties will include assisting passengers with check-in and boarding processes, handling luggage, and providing information about flight schedules and airport facilities. You will work closely with airline personnel and other ground staff to maintain safety and efficiency at the airport.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting passengers as they arrive at the airport.
• Managing check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and tagging luggage.
• Coordinating the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and airport policies.
• Providing information and support to passengers regarding flight details and airport services.
• Addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Assisting with the management of boarding processes and ensuring timely departures.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the aviation or customer service industry is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
