Job Description
Position Summary
GE HealthCare is creating a 30,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center (CEC) flagship at its Waukesha campus, targeted to open in September 2027. The CEC will bring the full enterprise portfolio to life through care pathways, clinical workflows, multimodality solutions, digital and AI capabilities, software, services and lifecycle value. It is a strategic account platform, not a product showroom: a place where health system leaders experience what GE HealthCare can do for their patients, clinicians and business.

You will be the strategic integrator between clinical subject matter experts, product teams, sales leadership, creative agencies and regulatory stakeholders, orchestrating input from 200+ SMEs and governing 130+ net-new content modules and interactive experiences across care pathways, modalities, software, AI and services.
Why This Role Matters
- Enterprise narrative made real. The CEC is the physical proof point for GE HealthCare’s shift from product-led communications to outcomes-based, care-pathway storytelling across Advanced Imaging Solutions, Patient Care Solutions (PCS), Pharmaceuticals Diagnosis Product (PDx), Services and Software Solutions.
- Direct commercial impact. Executive briefing environments are among the highest-converting assets in B2B healthcare selling. The CEC will be measured on influenced pipeline, deal velocity, win rate and customer satisfaction.
- Built from day one. You join the founding team alongside the Senior Director, shaping how the center works before its doors open, not inheriting someone else’s playbook.
- One enterprise, one room. The CEC is one of the few places where every business unit shows up together, as one enterprise offering, in front of the customer.
Scope and Working Relationships
- Team: Founding member of a CEC team of ~7 at opening, growing to 14 roles at full scale. Partners daily with the Journey Consultants and Briefing Manager; future Content Creation Lead expected to join the content function.
- Content scope: Lobby, Journey Hub, theater, care pathways (Oncology, Neurology, Cardiology), Cloud/AI/Software, Services & Lifecycle and PDx experiences.
- Key partners: Segment and Product Marketing, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Sales and Strategic Accounts, Brand, Legal/Regulatory, Digital, and experiential design and content agencies.
Phase 1 — Pre-Opening: January through September 2027
The mandate is to bring the CEC’s content and narratives to launch, approved, modular and ready to personalize.
Content Architecture and Strategy
- Define and implement the CEC content architecture, aligned to GE HealthCare’s enterprise narrative and care pathway strategy.
- Build the framework for how products, software, services and AI-enabled capabilities come together in cohesive customer journeys.
- Set the standards for how content is structured, tagged, maintained and evolved, with modular "shelf" content designed for reuse.
SME Orchestration and Launch Content
- Orchestrate clinical, product and segment SMEs to finalize care pathway narratives, interactives and launch content with the experience design agency.
- Ensure content reflects accurate clinical, product and market positioning; own the logic that connects product capabilities to clinical outcomes and health system challenges.
- Validate content in the physical space during installation, testing and dry-run visits.
Governance and Approvals
- Lead regulatory, legal, brand and compliance validation workflows; manage approvals through established review systems.
- Establish content lifecycle governance: versioning, refresh cadence, retirement and CMS administration.
Phase 2 — Post-Opening: September 2027 Forward
The mandate shifts to personalizing every visit and keeping the CEC current.
Visit Personalization
- Translate each visit’s objectives into a customized content journey, assembling roughly 60–70% approved shelf content with 30–40% personalized for the account visit.
- Join discovery and pre-visit planning calls with Sales, the Briefing Team and Journey Consultants; tailor content and presentations for executive audiences.
- Serve as ongoing content steward and agenda architect for the CEC.
Continuous Improvement
- Use post-visit surveys, debriefs and engagement data to measure which content resonates; refresh or retire what does not.
- Introduce new narratives and experiences as the portfolio and launch calendar evolve, with Marketing, Product and Clinical teams.
- Develop reusable modular content that also supports broader sales enablement.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Launch readiness: all CEC experiences approved and live for opening.
- Content reuse: share of each visit built from approved shelf content, and turnaround time for personalized content.
- Quality and compliance: approval cycle time and zero compliance issues in customer-facing content.
- Customer impact: content-related CSAT and feedback, and content performance by care pathway.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, communications, life sciences or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or technical information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience managing content governance and regulatory review workflows in a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including coordinating large stakeholder groups.
- Strong writing, storytelling and presentation development skills.
- Willingness to be based in the Milwaukee / Waukesha area with regular on-site presence.

- Experience managing content for digital, interactive or immersive environments; familiarity with CMS and digital experience platforms.
- Experience coordinating content development with external creative agencies.
- Knowledge of healthcare care pathways and hospital operational workflows.
What We Value
- Turns complexity into clarity without losing clinical credibility.
- Builds governance that enables speed rather than slowing it down.
- Brings many voices to one story, and holds the line on quality.
Quality and Compliance
- Comply with GE HealthCare’s Quality Manual, Quality Management System and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Complete all required training within defined timelines.
- Proactively identify, document and report any quality or compliance concerns.
- Ensure all customer-facing content and demonstrations meet regulatory, clinical and legal approval requirements for each audience and geography.
