What your role looks like with us
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, channel partners,
OEMs, and bulk waste generators and buyers.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and untapped market segments across
industries.
3. Partner closely with Ops & logistics to ensure seamless execution of partner
requirements.
4. Visit business sites, vendor audits, and collection center assessments to build on-ground
partner relationships.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to draft customized proposals, presentations, and
strategic outreach plans.
6. Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in e-waste and battery recycling.
7. Drive revenue growth and ensure a strong sales pipeline with timely closures.

Skills/Qualifications that can help you thrive
Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
Having a flair for marketing, being able to talk the larger picture and minute details when needed.
Min 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, (++
if it’s in sustainability, waste management, manufacturing, or energy sectors)
Strong communication and negotiation skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, travel for work, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Passionate about sustainability, circular economy, and green business models.
