Job Description:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our MPF Client Management Team. You will own and manage a portfolio of employer accounts, acting as the key point of contact for clients and building trusted, long-term relationships.

Through proactive relationship management and high-quality service delivery, you will drive client retention, member engagement and business growth, while supporting clients through their MPF needs and eMPF operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of MPF employer accounts
• Build trusted relationships with employer HR contacts and senior management
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and business development opportunities
• Drive client retention through proactive account monitoring and engagement
• Support clients on eMPF platform operations and related matters
• Deliver professional presentations and facilitate client discussions and engagement activities

Job Requirement

• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive approach with strong risk awareness
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills
• Solid project management and coordination capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MPF, pension or employee benefits
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Papers 1, 3 and 4 required
• Full proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
