A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success. 

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

• Drive New Business Acquisition:
  - Proactively identify and engage with potential clients within assigned markets;
  - Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach to contract signing,
  - Ensuring all targets are met with high-fidelity execution.
• Master Sales Workflows:
  - Take full ownership of the commercial lifecycle for assigned prospects, including rate negotiations, proposal drafting, and contract finalization,
  - Ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with Teleport’s pricing standards.
• Manage Tactical Client Relationships:
  - Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts;
  - Resolve day-to-day operational or billing challenges by collaborating with internal teams to ensure 100% service reliability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM Excellence:
  - Ensure zero-defect data integrity within the CRM for all assigned leads and accounts;
  - Provide accurate weekly forecasts and activity reports to the Sales Manager with zero supervision.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Onboarding:
  - Work closely with Operations and Finance to unblock administrative bottlenecks during the client onboarding phase, ensuring a "Faster, Cheaper, Better" transition for new accounts.
