  • Translate business and operational requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Monitor project execution and track progress against established milestones and objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, customer stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, and performance updates.
  • Support task planning, work assignment coordination, and labor forecasting activities.
  • Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.

  • Utilize project management tools to track activities, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and coordination efforts among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing information technology, cybersecurity, or technical projects.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and technical teams simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity concepts and environments.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
  • Experience preparing project documentation, reports, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
