About the Role:

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help scale Arena’s operations as the company grows.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen data and reporting, and ensure our revenue engine operates efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and turning business priorities into execution.

What you will be doing:

• Build, operationalize, and optimize processes across the revenue lifecycle, from pipeline generation to customer retention and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to improve alignment, efficiency, and execution.
• Analyze revenue metrics, pipeline data, forecasts, and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build and improve reporting, dashboards, processes, and systems that support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve revenue velocity, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• Support planning activities such as headcount, capacity, targets, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Drive key operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes

Must-Have Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS, technology startup, or high-growth company.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and revenue processes and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with pipeline, forecasting, revenue, and operational data.
• Experience building and improving processes, workflows, reporting, and business systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with leadership.
• High ownership, autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, BI tools, or other revenue systems.
• Experience with SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, AI, or Creator Economy.
• Experience with automation, AI tools, and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience with FP&A, compensation planning, headcount planning, or capacity planning.
• Experience working with distributed and international teams.
