About the role:Herbalife is looking for a Specialist, Treasury Operations - In-House Bank to join our global Treasury organization on a 9-month temporary contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Company's Treasury Center in Luxembourg and play a key role in managing daily treasury operations across a global business environment.You will be responsible for a broad range of treasury activities, including cash management, cash forecasting, banking administration, treasury payments, foreign exchange operations, intercompany transactions, and process improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic international environment, enjoys working with financial processes, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Monitor and manage global cash positions to support daily liquidity requirements and treasury activities.
• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash forecasts and assist with treasury reporting and variance analysis.
• Process treasury payments, investigate payment inquiries, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Support banking administration activities, including online banking access management, security controls, account maintenance, and signatory administration.
• Coordinate and support monthly intercompany netting cycles and related settlements.
• Maintain intercompany loan documentation and related treasury records.
• Perform foreign exchange back-office activities, including trade confirmations, settlements, exception management, and reporting.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and review of treasury policies, procedures, operating guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, strengthen controls, and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in treasury transformation initiatives and special projects focused on automation, reporting, operational efficiency, and scalability.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Finance Operations, or Accounting Operations.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of cash management, treasury payments, banking administration, treasury controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting foreign exchange back-office activities, including trade confirmations, settlements, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with treasury and financial systems such as Kyriba, Oracle, Bloomberg, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Confidence using AI and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and work quality.
