  • Support reporting modernization efforts by improving access to employee data, expanding self-service capabilities, and reducing manual reporting processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and Technology teams to translate employee data into reporting and integration requirements.

What you will bring:

  • Ability to communicate data findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy and data quality.
  • Experience working with large data sets and complex business processes.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

What will set you apart?

  • Experience with Workday reporting, Prism, Discovery Boards, dashboards, or other HR analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Experience with workforce data, worker history, trended data, organizational data, compensation, talent, or HR operations reporting.
  • Experience creating scalable reporting solutions rather than one-time manual reporting outputs.
  • Understanding of data governance, reporting controls, security, and downstream data impacts.
