ABOUT THE POSITION:
Business Central Master Data Specialist at BURGA is more than a data admin role. It puts you at the foundation of the operations that keep a fast-growing global brand moving. Every product we make, store, ship, and sell relies on accurate, well-structured data, and you’ll be the one making sure it’s right. You won’t just be entering records. You’ll be a key link between Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Product, and Finance, helping a high-velocity business run smoothly at scale.
Your role: As our Business Central Master Data Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the quality, accuracy, and consistency of master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As part of the Business Central team within Finance, you’ll combine hands-on data administration with problem-solving and continuous improvement. You’ll investigate issues, align teams, and make sure the right information enters the system in the right way. There’s a real opportunity to shape data standards and processes as BURGA continues to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage master data requests and ensure information is complete and accurate before changes are made in Business Central.
- Create, maintain, and validate master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central throughout its lifecycle, from creation and changes to deactivation.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Product, Finance, and other teams to collect, verify, and maintain required information.
- Monitor data quality, investigate inconsistencies, and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate master data processes and reduce manual errors.
- Work with Business Central consultants and developers when system improvements, validations, or automation are required.
- Participate in Business Central improvements, integrations, migrations, and other projects involving master data.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with data management processes: imports, validation, cleansing, migration, and maintaining master data standards and governance.
- Ability to investigate data issues, identify root causes, and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with structured data.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
Nice to Have
- Good understanding of master data in manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, or warehouse environments, including BOMs, routings, warehouse setup, and the impact of operational data on finance and reporting.
SALARY: 2300 - 3000 Eur/Month GROSS.
