If you have experience in silicon characterization, yield analysis, root cause investigation, and semiconductor manufacturing , we’d love to connect with you. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support semiconductor products through the product lifecycle, ensuring quality and reliability. Perform silicon characterization, validation, and yield analysis. Investigate manufacturing, reliability, and customer-return issues. Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (CAPA). Monitor yield and product health metrics to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with design, test, quality, and manufacturing teams. Support product qualifications, ECOs, and process changes. Generate reports on yield, quality, and manufacturing performance. Automate data analysis and reporting using scripting tools. Document engineering findings and best practices for product sustainment. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a related field . 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Yield Engineering, or Manufacturing Support . Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, silicon characterization, and product lifecycle management . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and root cause investigation.
