Description
Retina only group is looking for an additional Retina Surgeon due to growth within the practice. This is a full-time position with a path to partnership. The practice focuses on all adult retina care with multiple clinics in the area and surgery done in an outpatient surgery center.
Most important to the group is practice philosophy and providing a high level of care to patients. Clinical volumes are kept at very manageable levels to allow providers time to get to know their patients and develop relationships with them. Well trained and tenured support staff is critical to this model as it allows doctors to truly be clinicians and surgeons. Long term the practice would like to add clinical trials and experience in developing clinical trials is a huge plus to the practice.
Compensation will be a base salary with a great production bonus and benefits package. A path to partnership is provided for those interested.
Requirements of the Ophthalmologist
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
