Description
Full time position on a partnership track for a fellowship trained retina surgeon. The group has every sub-specialty covered and multiple retina surgeons with a well-established retina service. Partnership in the group is offered after 2 years. The group has a reasonable buy in. Because the practice treats a very diverse patient population, the group takes a patient centric approach to practice by ensuring that all patients regardless of their insurance receive the same customer service experience.
The new associate will have patients to assume on arrival and significant surgical volume. Autonomy will be given to the associate as to the types of cases they do. The practice currently does ROP and while they would prefer someone willing to see ROP, it is not required. All surgery is done at the practice owned surgery center.
Requirements of the Ophthalmologist
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
