As part of PepsiCo’s global Plan capability, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) is a key enabler of this transformation. The platform provides an integrated and predictive planning environment that helps Finance teams streamline planning processes, improve data connectivity, and enable more agile decision-making.
IBM Planning Analytics is currently deployed across multiple PepsiCo sectors and continues to expand globally. As part of the Global Digital Planning team, you will support the continued evolution of the solution across PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) and LATAM Foods.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and the Business. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into practical solutions, and continuously improve the way planning processes are executed.

- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and streamline processes, challenging existing ways of working and helping drive continuous improvement across planning activities.
- Lead issue resolution from identification through closure, analyzing root causes, defining action plans, prioritizing and escalating critical issues when required.
- Partner with IT and external consulting teams to communicate business requirements, coordinate fixes and enhancements, and support successful implementation.
- Support system testing and releases, ensuring new functionality and changes meet business requirements and maintain the stability of critical planning processes.
- Develop and deliver training and enablement for users across different levels of the organization, supporting adoption of new functionality and ways of working.
- Understand and work with scripts, workflows and system logic supporting IBM Planning Analytics and related processes, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
