Why this role?
This is a Manager-level position for someone who wants a bigger voice with customers, project teams and the wider SAP practice — without moving away from the SAP work itself.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape EWM solutions, challenge existing processes and influence how complex warehouse transformations are delivered.
Your impact
- Own EWM solution design across complex S/4HANA transformations.
- Lead senior customer conversations from requirements through to solution decisions.
- Shape warehouse processes and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Act as the senior EWM point of reference across delivery teams.
- Coach and develop consultants while remaining hands-on.
- Contribute to proposals, workshops and the continued growth of the EWM practice.
What you’ll need
- 6+ years of SAP EWM/WM experience.
- Strong hands-on S/4HANA EWM capability.
- Experience with complex warehouse transformation and integration.
- Confidence working with senior customer stakeholders.
- Experience leading delivery or guiding EWM consultants.
- B2+ German and good English.
