Compétences techniques
•Maitrise du Pack Office notamment d’Excel avec un niveau avancé
•Maitrise des extractions et requêtes simples / complexes sous BO
Compétences fonctionnelles
•Avoir de l’Expérience en RH, Paie/GT, DSN
•Avoir de l’expérience en SIRH/MOA (gestion projet, analyse, recette)
Savoir-être et savoir-faire
•Méthode, rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités
•Sens du relationnel, adaptabilité
•Aptitude pédagogique, vulgarisation du discours
•Être force de proposition ou avoir un discours contradictoire constructif
•Respect des obligations de neutralité et de confidentialité
•Savoir rendre compte de son activité.
