Experienced in accounting software, experience in QuickBooks and Donor Perfect are ideal
Skilled in financial record-keeping and report generation
Trustworthy and committed to financial stewardship and accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ACH/credit card processing
How One Will Serve
Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks
Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules
Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements
Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts
Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses
Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation
Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges
Support financial reporting and maintain accurate donation records

This role provides a support-based salary funded through fundraising, with the candidate responsible for developing financial partnerships. The organization provides training, coaching, and administrative support to help build and maintain this support base.
