• Trust & Safety / BPO Operations: Experience handling content review, policy enforcement, or fast-paced decision operations in structured, metrics-driven environments.
• Deep Cyber Knowledge: Strong technical foundation to interpret offensive and defensive techniques, paired with code literacy across multiple programming languages.
• Sound Analytical Judgment: Strong logical reasoning to evaluate context, handle edge cases, and deliver clear, defensible decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently review multi-turn user–model conversations using the applicable cyber safety taxonomy, policy guidance, and SOPs.
• Interpret technical cyber content—including phishing, vulnerability exploitation, malware, reconnaissance, credential theft, evasion, and dual-use security activity—together with intent and contextual signals.
• Make clear, defensible decisions and record concise rationales, accurate metadata, and complete case notes.
• Follow operating controls, checklists, and data-handling requirements; use existing guidance to resolve clear cases and escalate genuine policy gaps with structured context.
• Own assigned work from intake through documentation while meeting accuracy, throughput, and turnaround expectations.
• Participate in calibration and quality review, incorporating feedback consistently.
• Surface and/or analyze recurring patterns, edge cases, and workflow changes that affect execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in trust and safety operations, content review, BPO environments, or another high-volume decision operation using detailed SOPs or playbooks.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze offensive and defensive security techniques and distinguish benign, dual-use, suspicious, and malicious activity.
• Experience working independently in a metrics-driven environment where accuracy, traceability, and compliance matter.
• Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and written communication, with the ability to reach and explain defensible conclusions.
• Agility in fast-changing environments and the ability to apply new guidance consistently.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, C/C++, Java).
• Familiarity with common security tools and frameworks, including Nmap, Nessus, sqlmap, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, penetration-testing suites, and red-team utilities.
• Practical experience with system administration (Linux, Windows, or containerized environments) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Cloudflare).

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

• 3+ years of applied cybersecurity experience in areas such as security operations (SOC), incident response, threat intelligence, penetration testing, vulnerability management, malware analysis, red teaming, application security, or a closely related field.

  • CompTIA Security+ (Sec+)
  • CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
  • PNPT (Practical Network Penetration Tester)
  • CRTO (Certified Red Team Operator)
  • eJPT (eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester)
  • HTB CPTS (Hack The Box Certified Penetration Testing Specialist)
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., GIAC, CISSP, OSEP, CRT)
• Experience participating in calibrations, performing root-cause analysis, identifying process defects, or improving operational quality.
