Implement best in class maintenance methodology and reliability engineering to promote legal & other requirements, equipment performance, QFS and EHS from end to end at Danone SA packaging manufacturing site
About You
Key Skills/Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree or Nationa Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical).
- 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and reliability management role
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and the tools associated with failure detection (i.e. vibration analysis, oil monitoring, thermography).
- Minimum 3 years maintenance and reliability, production management, engineering or operations experience.
- Relevant reliability management experience.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) – ideally SAP
